Retroedge
Overview
Retroedge is a simple application that runs backtests on financial instruments and shows how an asset, or a portfolio of, would've performed with historical price data. The primary objective of backtesting is to measure the performance of an asset, or a combination of, and establish if they have potential for further analysis, and eventually a live implementation.
Only the Buy & Hold strategy and US stocks are currently supported, but more instruments and strategies will be released in due time. All of the current data has an end date around 2018. More recent data will be integrated as soon as available.
